Being in the music school isn't that easy as what people would usually think of. There is a common misunderstanding that all music students do is sing in class. Little did they know that there's more than just to be a music student than singing. I am currently on my 4th year as a music student. What bothers me is that we get to read notes, singing it right there and then - solfegge - the most important component of being a music student. I am having a li'l difficulty in reading my notes as compared to my previous music school. Does anybody of you have any idea as to how I improve this skill aside from constant practice? Help!
