We all know how it was back in the past. The women couldn't vote and also be able to get some kind of jobs where for men it was no problem. Also their wage was much higher for the same kind of work women did too.Do you think our society move on and it is same now or are there still some differences and men has better chance in career and in general in life?

Unfortunately I have to say there are still some advantages to being a man. The national average says that women make something like 79 cents to a man's dollar or something like that. It may not seem like a whole lot but when it gets into the thousands it is. I hope one day we get past it and who knows, it could be sooner than later with a possible female president in the running. I am a female in a male dominated industry (business information systems) and I know I get looked at by a lot of the guys in my classes as a ditz or something when I walk in with pink nails. But women just have to keep pushing and showing we can do everything a guy can.
