Actually,I work for a company that is located here in my hometown. It is owned by my korean boss.He is the one who does transactions to korean students online.I think via nate or naver.com which most koreans use. It's like their yahoo or something. He organizes schedules for us teachers.I'm not sure though about websites which offers online teaching jobs.

I taught Koreans online too. It was fun. It was a part time job for me. Back in the Philippines, I do physical therapy work during the day and teach 5 hours in the evening to Korean students. After that I do my night life. LOL
I did enjoy being at an online school. My first experience was to type all the mistakes of my student then correct it as soon as possible until we reported that it is a very difficult thing. So we did weekly evaluations, though still keeping a journal of each student. After a few months, my boss thought of the idea of recording our conversation, which is way cool, because we don't have to type and evaluations are done monthly. Less work...yehey!!! As our work become easier, I was able to do more editing in their materials and posts a lot of discussions for the students on the website. Sad to say I decided to leave because I am not challenged. They pay me very well. Which is I love but I am confined in the cubicle. LOL. Last location of that company, my colleagues told me they moved to Makati now, they are bigger now. Take care =)

Unfortunately, no I do not teach korean. I myself am learning the korean language. It is a hard language to learn what with all the memorization of characters and all.

This has been my job for the last five years. I got into it because I had nothing else to do. Then I fell in love with it. So far, so good. I have students as young as six and as old as sixty. The pay is---considering the industry average and my experience----reasonable. I come home not worrying about anything. I go to work in the morning not dreading my job. I guess I'm lucky to have found the thing I want to do.
