The Bible says that a man should leave his father and mother and cleave unto his wife and they shall be one flesh. I think a man should support his wife. He chose to marry her for better or worst.

In my opinion the best and safest way is to stay out of the fight. That way you dont get involved in the fight and you don't make anyone angry
