Do you use "Yah" or "Yes" to indicate affirmative?

I use "Yah" most of the times especially when it comes to talking or sending SMS to indicate affirmative. However, I use "Yes" when I send email at work to indicate affirmative. What about you?

I use 'yes' to indicate 'affirmative' as I am used to follow British English.

yep, yup and yeah more in oral english. but when i write something in the notebook. i have never writed a word like that. the teacher maybe get angry. "smiles". thank you for starting such a nice discussion.

Its more appropriate to say yes, sometimes I say yah when im in a good ood.
