A Stern warning on global warning

"Oh ,it's raining now.The weather is terrible." And the climate change is clear. Act on or pay higher price later or even now. The Stern Review points very clearly to the cost of inaction but I fear that we will continue to see that they won't act on. The weather is becoming warmer.I think there two significant areas where we should make immediate progress: stopping energy waste,research in renewable energy. As every one of us ,we can reduce the time we use car.And dear reader do you have any other good idea.Please say what you have done to environment protection.
