There are several older discussions where members have detailed payments that they have received in the past couple of months, so I believe that they will pay if you reach minimum payout by the end of the month. Just start discussions like you have done here, make quality responses to other discussions which might get you a 'best response' or a positive (+) as they will increase your earnings. Also if you include images that will also increase earnings, although at the present time it does take a while to upload images. Just keep on doing the things above and you will soon see that your earnings are increasing and you will be paid. I expect to receive my payment in the middle of October as I have far exceeded the minimum payout figure. :)

I dont know if this site really pays or not. I hope it will though. Just keep posting questions and responses and get up to your $10 and see. If not you just wasted some time. If it does, you will know to work harder at it and get more money.
