I'm more attached with dogs, the loyalty and devotion that dogs demonstrate as part of their natural instinct give them a close relationship with humans.... The role they play in human family as a companion, friend and their ability to fit in human households has earned them a unique sobriquet 'man's best friend'.

I have never had a cat but have been around them and I do like them.
But I am more of a dog person. I love my dog to pieces. He is very loyal, "talkative", and very much a best friend. He is always there when I get home and is happy to see me which makes me look forward to coming home everyday.

I think that I would have to pick the entire Zoo, I love animals.
I have had cats, dogs, birds, fish, hamsters, rats, mice, lizards, iguanas, ferrets, snakes, horses, chickens, emus, goats, pigs, and cows. At one point or another in my life i've had or have a handful of these animals, I just can't get enough of them.
At this point in time I have one calico cat named Kilo, and two ferrets named Neko and Pako. We've had them for a little while the cat is about 8 months old, the ferrets are 7 months and 8 weeks old. We love them they are so much fun, and so energetic. Its like haveing a squirrel on speed, i suppose that would be just about the same lol. If I had to choose between cat and dog I'd probably pick a dog, simply because the are just easier to train I think than cats. I have had so much trouble teaching my cat how to let us know she needs outside or that she needs in the bathroom. However they learn so they're not less intellegent, they just take longer to train. So dog, there it is.

Im partial to dogs too. But as I live in a small apartment in the city, I was unable to get a dog because I am gone long hours and have no one to look after it. I had to settle for a cat, and since getting him, have found a new respect for these creatures. Although most of the time, he is either angry with me or ignores me, he is very independent and nothing until feeding time! I have feelnig a little under the weather the past few days and he has come into my bed and cuddled with me which I found comforting, so he does have a heart somewhere in there! But seriously, I'd Im down the middle. IN the future when I have a yard and more free time, I will probably have a dog and a cat....both are great companions in their own way.
