Brushing my teeth is not complete without brushing my tongue. There are lots of bacteria concentrated in there too. I feel good and refreshed after doing that. Its like you have just gone to the dentist and had a prophylaxis.

Everyone should brush the tongue because that is where the bad smell comes from. Dirty teeth are not nice to look at and bad breath is even worse. I was advised that the tongue is where all the germs are and it leads to bad breath. So brush, brush away!

yup! each and every single time that i brush my teeth. it's a habit already and even if i am closing my eyes and thinking of other things, i will still brush my tongue. haha

No I don't brush my tongue...any more. I used to until I read that brushing the tongue only spreads germs around, so now I use a toungue scaper. I use it every time I brush my teeth.
