Never look down on people

If you want to be a great people, please do follow this state. A great people never look down on people. Normally they are always respect others. They heard what others say/opinion. They respect other's decision and their decision are also been respected by others.
Then if you are a leader now, and you can do this, you will be a good leader. And who knows, may be a great leader...

Nobody has the right to look down on anyone..whoever you are, whatever you achieved, you shouldnt be so high up there and treat others below you like nothing..remember, you once had their shoe .. you were there before too..so who are you to judge and look down on anybody just because you think you're great..well, people who have this trait doesnt really go far..they wont succeed in life..they wont be happy in life..they wont have real friends..they wont gain respect from others either...and a good leader is a good servant first..being a leader is being a servant to others first..
