Wal-Mart (WMT) earlier in the year did its part to lower health care costs by offering over 300 hundred useful generic drugs for only $4 / month supply.
Now, they have added about 30 more drugs to the list and added a few $9 / month supply drugs.

Whose done more to lower your health care costs lately? WMT or the US government?

Good point. The question does have an error in it.
The question should be, "Who has done more to lower the cost of your health care lately? WMT or the US government?

Wal-Mart!!!
My husband has diabetes and we do have insurance; but, we used to pay the $15.00 copay for his prescription every month; before they started this program. His prescription is on the list so now we only pay $4.00.
It saves us $132.00 every year. (If he took more medicines we would save more; but, he only needs one.)
The last time his doctor wrote his prescription, his doctor even told him about Wal-Mart's program.
For people without insurance, this is an even bigger savings than it is for us.
