Car Crash with me and my Grandmother who died. Please pray for us.

On Thursday Sep. 20th of this year, My grandmother and I was on our way from Georgia going to West Palm Beach. My grandmother wanted to come down and be with our family. Around Leesburge, Florida we ran in to bad weather. The rain was coming down in sheets. It was hard to see the cars in front of me. I did see the car in front of me had stopped. I then applied my breaks and come to a complete stop. I don't remember much after that, just what I was told. I was knocked out and did not wake up until EMS showed up. I do remember my grandmother yelling "help, us!". EMS had to use the jaws of life to get my door open to get us out. One of two dogs died with the car crash. EMS rushed us off the Turnpike and to the hospital. I was check out and told that I hand a neck problem but my grandmother broke her back. The had to put a breathing machine to help her breath. When my uncle come down from Georgia to be with her, he said it was my fault that she was hurt so bad. Now my heart is so heavy. On Tuesday Sept 25th my grandmother lost her fight for life at 3:03 PM EST. The strange thing is that the mile marker where the crash happen was mile marker 303. Later at the hospital, I found out that we was struck by a tractor trailer. I have uploaded a picture of my car after the crash.
