RSS Feeds - Helpful?

Do you use them on your sites to keep in contact with people? Do you subscribe to them to keep up to date on any site you visit?

i can scan 100 blogs in less time than it takes most people to read and respond to 1 email by using feeds with outlook. try looking at the latest rss post here http://bradtheblogboy.com

Of course, I subscribe to various sites and blogs through RSS feeds, which has made my life really easy with reading all the sites' contents in a single place rather than visiting each and every website every time.

Yes they are very helpful and I use them a lot. I have a lot of sites (a few hundreds) that I want to keep in touch with and using a RSS aggregator is way faster than having to visit all those sites daily. :)
