Do you know someone who struggles with an eating disorder?

I had my best friend in hospital long time ago.Actually it was about 6 years ago.And how you can help her?Just be with her, show her your support.Just be with her and be her good friend.I am sure she have to be boerd in hospital, bring her maybe some books, magazines or something with what she can kill her time.But if I can advice you, don't bring her any food.She could take it wrong way.I wish you friend soon recovery and hope she will be ok.

well disopders can be of different types...my own cousin is having eating disorder..he is a very lean guy but soimetimes he eats the meal for 6-7 persons..thats very strange...anyway there is no hard and fast rule..just patience and care is required to get the disorder out

My cousin's friend had an eating disorder, she's fine now, but my aunt used to tell her she couldn't come over and spend the night or anything unless she actually ate and kept her food in her stomach. She did it every time she came over, and eventually it helped her get better. I hope your friend gets better.
