I would like to know the answer to that, myself. I get up on the wrong side of the bed every morning. Not only that, but I feel like I have my whole life. lol So if you get a good answer to this, please share it with me.

If this ever happens to me, I mostly have hard time in looking for things that would put myself back in the good mood. There are times that I do look for lighter things to forget about my worries, but I often end up to be alone than be with others and suffer the negative feelings I've been having.
It's really hard for me when this occurs, that I still find it hard to resolve this at times..

Smile, and think positive. You will get the world to smile at you. Have a great day

LMAO normally if I start the day on the wrong foot, it has a way of snowballing and getting worse and worse :)) Waking up late is usually the trigger to a bad day for me. I truly hate jumping up and having to run out of the door. Even if I try and reign my day back in it still feels like a snowball rolling down hill.

It sounds a little bit superstitious when thinking about making your whole day feel right again. hehe
I don't think that waking up on the wrong side of the bed has any influence to our normal life. It doesn't show anything, but the wrong way to sleep only. lol

If I have my prayer and Bible time and am still in a foul mood, another cup of coffee would probably help.

I hate waking up on the wrong side of the bed as it sure has a way of making the day seem long and really bad! I think that it is as bas as waking up late. It makes the whole day seem off cue and the only way I know to make the day right again is to spend a little quiet time by myself so that I can regather my thoughts or to go back to bed!

Ive had those days before when I wake up on the wrong side of the bed and my whole day is miserable. But the best thing I can think off when this happens to you is try to just look forward to something youve been waiting for a long time. Like a Television show like shows are starting up think of that and you wont think about your bad day your having.

Upbeat music honestly does a lot of good for me. I also try to make the best of my day. I find that there is usually no point in being grumpy all day. My sister tends to get grouchy easily and I always tell her that there is a lot she could do to help herself. A smile goes a long way to making a bad day good. Laughter helps too. I try not to stay ill all day because it just makes my day feel like crap.:)
