i am so sad!~

i guess that you have just starte working,no?so,i think at start you are going to feel a bit lonely as you are young and it takes quite a time to make friends in any new surrounding. i think your boss doubts you because of the same factor too, like you are young,and in asia people usually don't really trust young people at first also you are new so your boss might want to check what kind of employee you are and if you are trustable or there could arise some problems because of you to his firm etc.! i'll just say hang on for a while and let them see who you are really and not what he is thinking you are. now just be a bit patient and after few months you'll enjoy your workplace and co-workers too:) but if things are same even after some months you should leave the job and find a new one..because there's no use of generating extra tensions to one's mind in this already so tensionful world!:) cheers!

If you don't like where you're working and it's causing problems, then yes, I think you should leave the company. You should feel comfortable where you're working and not worry about people invading your privacy. I recommend securing a new job first, though, before leaving this one. Best of luck to you!
