what is by far the best part of your day?

I used to have so many "best part of my day" after pondering on this question for so long i cant just pin point one best part of the day.... for me i hate getting up so early in the morning i want to just hit the snooze button, but if i do that then i will miss out on the 10 minutes that i have to snuggle in my daugters bed with her before school.. Thats the best start of the day, we just lay there and talk about all the fun things we want to do that day or how her dreams were etc etc some mornings we just lie there and snuggle... then there's the 45 minutes later when getting sad because she is super excited to hang out wiht all her friends at the bus stop, but then "the bus is here mommy, kiss kiss, muah i love you and i will miss you.. have a good day mommy" thats the best part of my day.... then theres the "oh its 3:10 i waddle my pregnant butt down teh road to the bus stop. the bus stops in front of me and my daughter is ususlly the first one off... running to me with open arms " Hi mom! how awas your day?" thats the best part of my day and then theres the walk home and the talking about all the fun adn exciting things hse did in first grade. and then she goes out and plays with her friends. comes in does her "homework" eats helps with dishes or chores, we have movie time, color time, candy land time and she always wins so she says "2 out of 3" and lets me win the second game just so that we can play again.. and truthfully she ALWAYS wins... lol i always get the darm candy cane and get sent back... and then theres brushing teeth and shower and then "mom ! im ready for bed... i have a book " and she reads it to me the best she can and when she messes up i say good try! dont worry everyone makes mstakes, keep practincing sound it out. go slow.. and she wraps her arms around me and tells me im so smart... those are all the best parts of my day... and then theres the bedtime prayers and the big hug and kiss nad hte goodnight i love you mommy.. and as im walking out the door she smiles and says "mom your my best friend" and i rush back all teary eyed to give her another hug and kiss and we say our sweet dreams.. thats the best part of my day... BUT THEN.. its time for me to go to bed that is the best part of my day because i know that when i wake up it will all happen all over agian...

I think the best part of my day changes from day to day. Most often my daughter is very self absorbed in the mornings being that she is 13, she must straighten her hair, she must be dressed perfectly and get her books together, and get her breakfast and run out the door to meet her friends for the walk to school. I think my best part these days is when I go into her room after she is asleep and she still kisses me goodnight and tells me she loves me, she is sleepy and forgets that she is trying to be a grown up and that little girl part of her is still there.

Awww that is so sweet... I remember what it was like being a teen and no matter what i always needed my mommy to tuck me in at night.. when i first moved out at 18 i wasnt home sick or anything until it was bedtime... even now a days i have my husband beside me but i still wish at times my mother would creep in my room tuck my blankets in adn kiss me goodnite...

I surely hope my daughter feels the same way when she is older. I know when I first left my mother's home and moved far away, I was devastated the first few days. I cried so much as I pulled out of my parents driveway with my husband. Your right, even with hubby by your side, it is still nice to think about mom tucking you in at night. Those are times that I miss.

HI, thats all so very sweet and nice to hear and i think its these precious moments that we treasure most , which last us a lifetime too.
For me its the moment i open my eyes and to welcome the thought that i have woken in a new morning today, and those positive thoughts that coem to my mind there after that todays a new day to make the best of it, and once these positive energies are into me, i wake up my kids and transmit these thoughts and energies to them and we all wake up in a gay and happy mood and put on the music and get set for a new day. Beside this morning best time for me, another one that i like the most is when the family is together, be it for any small thing, a family that prays together stays together too, but i feel if we are one and together in doing all things, we always share and remain together too, and thats the best time fo me, to be around and with my family, kids and husband.
And to thank God for the lovely day that hes given me and made it so nice for me, is what i close my eyes with, snuggling close to my husband after tucking the kids into bed.

the best part of my day is going to bed! As much as I love my day to day life there is nothing better than resting my head on that pillow after a hard day's work, after doing the housework, cleaning, cooking, working etc. I love my bed!

when i've read this dicussion, this is the one that came to my mind too. nothing beats the feeling of your body when your just about to fall asleep.. total relaxation!

The best part of my day is when my daughter came home from school. I am relieved that my child came home safely. She would talk endlessly what they did at school and how much fun she had. I also like the early part of the morning when she snuggles with me and the weekends we spend together doing activities like painting together or doing her project. I really treasure these moments.

My best time of the day is when I get home. I really hate to travel where I am at the moment, I hate to leave my kids in a day care because I need to work to have a home and a decent car. My best time of the day is also when I look at my hubspand eyes and see his love and his passion about me. My best time of the day is when my yongest kid tells me Ï love you mom"...My best time of the day is when I go to bed and I dream of going to Europe and back pack travel for at least a month...definetely, my best time of the day is not when I get up in the morning...it's do damm bad I have to work!

The best part of my day is when the day is just about over and I can crawl into my bed and watch some tv before going to sleep. Just relaxing petting my spoiled cat who sleeps with us.LOL

That is soo sweet! I was just thinking earlier that my daughter is just so big now. She will be 5 soon. And then next year in school. But for right now I'd have to say that all day is the best part of day. I'm at home all day with my daughter and her friends (the kids I babysit for) and play all day. The only time my day goes sour is when the younger ones get cranky. Which usually means naptime! I hope you have a wonderful day tomarrow. Enjoy the best parts!

Thank you! I know the time flies! i cry every june because of this... each june shes a year older...cherish each and everyday... every moment... i too stay at home and for the last 6 years it has been mommy and gabby all day everyday... and now im so lost without her!!! thank you so very much

hello,beutfukmama. I am leading a disciplinary life now. I get up at 6:30 in the morning. There is about 45 minutes for me to wash and have my breakfast. Then I arrive my lab and I spend 1 hour on mylot, then start my work. I usually have a rest for about two hours for lunch and sleep. Then it is the afternoon's work and study, supper, and night's work till 22:00. Finishing rinsing I will lie on my cozy bed with a most comfortable pose to send messages to my friend. It is the most happiest part of my day.
Then I fall asleep and dream of another happy day and its best part.

The best part of my day is early evening, when all members of the family is home from school or work. This is the bonding time where family share meals, tv programs, or study together, its fun and heart-warming :)
