What makes you feel old?

Yesterday when I picked my daughter up at daycare, one of the older kids said, "The computer game that your daughter is playing was made the year I was born." It also happened to be the same year I graduated from high school but by that point in the year, I was already about a month into college. It made me feel pretty old.

My kids are very spread apart in age. The oldest is in college and the youngest is just under two years old. A few weeks ago I was shopping with my youngest and twice I had store employees refer to me as "grandma". I realize I am old enough to be a grandma but I didn't need to be told people think I look that old. Certainly it didn't help improve my day any!

lol...where do I begin! Watching my 14 year old granddaughter turn into a beautiful woman in front of my eyes. My son who is my "baby" at 31 planning a wedding and a family! I could go on but I won't...
