Does anyone feel sick right now?

i feel sick. i have bursitis under my shoulder blade which is excruciatinly painful. nothing helps the pain and bad weather makes it unbearable. to make matters worse, my painkillers have quit working and i can't get in to see the doctor until next thursday. the pain is so bad that i feel physical ill. i have a monstrous migraine and am very nauseous and dizzy.
