Don't Blink...

The song don't blink is a good song....and yes to me things do fly by...I mean this past year was like one big blur....and this year isn't any different it's already almost Feb. It seem's like just yesterday we were starting the New Year. Things do fly by...It's not only time flying by...I mean it seems like everyone around us is always in a hurry to get where there going.

First of all just let me say that I absolutely love that song and Kenny Chesney of course. I think the song is very much alike to real life. Although I dont think life is really as fast going as it says in the song, it does go fast and to somone older, like in the song i think it goes alot faster. Because you know you always hear older people say "I remember so and so... (that happened 50 years ago) just like it was yesterday!!"

I heard this the first time a few days ago and really set and thought about it and yes, with the way our society is today, it does happen that quickly! It seems as though everything is rushed and that life is whizzing by us and we are truly missing a lot of it! We just need to step back and look at our lives and see all we are missing! Enjoy life now!!!

I am a big Kenny Chesney fan, shell, and I have not heard the song yet. Things can change in a heartbeat. Sometimes we would like for things to remain as they are, but it rarely does happen. Things have to change because people change. I know that I have changed a lot in my thinking as well as some aspects of my appearance over the years. We cannot hold back time.

i am a big kenny fan, and i love that song. i really do think that things change in a blink of an eye. especially your kids growing up i really did miss alot with mine. and now i have all the time in the world to spend with them but everyday they say something that makes me think boy you are growing up too fast... i also think that a lot of his somgs have alot of meaning behind them. i think that is why i love his songs so much..
