I hope you would be sucesfull.I started too and all what you need to do, jsut find something what you will enjoy and love.I find just the right one for me and realy loves it.even if I am tired sometimes I will force myself at the beginning , but then I am happy with myself becuase I feel like I did something for myself.

Good decision. Exercising regularly is very helpful, as this will help maintain yourself physically fit.
Personally, I waked up early in the morning, which is around 5:00 a.m.
Prior to exercising, I see to it that I drink a full glass of water. As we all know that while exercising, we perspire. So we have to drink a lot of water to replace the water that was lost in our body.
I prefer to walk and jog for at least 30 minutes. In this manner, I am making my body and bones so strong.
Exposing myself to morning sunlight is also healthy for making my bone strong.
