What store would like to own?

if you could own a mall or retail store in a mall, what would it be and why?
for me, i'd to have my own starbucks! or seattle's best coffee!
or maybe my very own salon, boutique or a pizza parlor!
how about you? what store would you want to be yours?

Hello, kuting. Reading is one of my hobbies. There are too many good books I want to read but no money. So if it is possible, I would like to own a small bookstore. There will not be technological books. The small but warm bookstore will be full of books on literature, photography, cooking, family health care, floriculture and so on.
Welcome to my bookstore. I will set sofe coaches in the store and coffee is free for customers. Maybe I need a assistant, because I must be busy reading then! haha~~~

wow thanks for the discounts! yup the description of your bookstore reminds me a bit of the bookstore owned by meg ryan in the movie "you've got mail", it looks really cozy and would make you want to sit down and read a while. her business rival is tom hanks and he's got a big bookstore opening just near meg ryan's store. they hate each other because of the rivalry and meg ryans bookstore even closed up because her business went downhill when the bigger and fancier bookstore opened. but they fall inlove over the internet, neither know who the other was til one of them discovered the other personality. its was such a great film. you must see it!

Oh great discussion! You have a lot of good answers, I wouldn't mind having a starbukcs or pizza place either. Oh1 Rays Pizza is really good (if you even have those lol). Wait, is a whole mall an option here? Or was " if you could own a mall or..." a mistype? If not, I would love to own a mall! lol.

COOL! Lol. I'm nto sure which mall I'd own...hmmm....there's one in Canada (i think) that's really cool! It has an area with dolphins that i think you can swim with! And it just has a lot of cool things.
Of course my brother in law told me about a mall they are openeing close to his house (nto too far from mine either-like 20 min drive) and it is going to be the biggest, coolest in the state! I'll have to wait to answer until I see that one =P I think he said it'll be done in 2009...lol. Can you wiat that long?? =D

an anime store! I want an anime shop! an anime café! an anime tiangge! an anime bazaar! an anime boutique! everything anime! ^__^
are you still wondering if I'm an anime fan?? LOL I want an anime spot, a one-stop-shop where all items are anime related. from cellphone accessories to computer accessories, from toys to wallpapers and decors, from apparels and accessories to bed sheets and towels, from dvds to audio cds, from scrapbook items to school supplies. everything! I want it to be an anime haven! and of course I want it to be updated up to the latest anime and trends in Japan! and I want all store helpers to be nihonggo speakers! LOL that would be so cute! I can imagine how they will greet customers by "ohayo" or "konnichiwa" or ...dang, I forgot the nihonggo for "welcome". ^__^;;
anyway, you get the idea I'm sure. 100% anime store! ^__^ I will never ever leave that store for sure! i'll live there! LOL

I love Starbucks... we don't have one where i live but i would always buy coffee hot or cold... whenever i get a chance to be near a starbucks... but if given the opportunity... i would like to open a candy store or a store that sells anything made from chocolate... i love candies and i so love chocolate... so having a candy or chocolate store would be life a dream come true...

I think I would like to own an ice cream store. It might not be a good winter time business but I bet you would have "sweet" profits in the summer!!

I would like to own Sephora! *laughs* I am their big fan and if I could own them, I would be so happy. Besides, I am all interested into the beauty stuff and it would be so much fun if I get to own their products and play with the products myself!

I would like to have a little book store.Then I can freely read the lastest magazines,novels and newspapers,its great!And also I like flowers,it would be good if I own a flower shop.They are so beautiful that I can imagine I would be very happy everyday having them around.

I would lovet to own my own mens clothing store then I would be able to help other men be as stylish and good looking as me, when it comes to fashion at least and not to be rude but honestly I think some of them could really use a little help.
