One on 1 interview!

My brother had experienced on one-one interview. His knees were against the knees of the interviewer. He just relax and confident that he knew something and he will just answer whatever questions the interviewer wants. His philosophy is: to be liked or disliked matters nothing to him. He simply presented himself in a humble way. Geee....that needs self-confidence,my friend. Be confident that you know something in relation to the position you are applying for. The interviewer is not so particular with your skills, because he knew you know that that's why you applied. What they are concern more is about you, your person, because you will be joining with them. Can you be an asset to them or their future problem. Believe in yourself that you can do it. Good luck....
