The Mayan calendar seems to indicate the end of the world on December 21, 2012. It is also known that the Mayan civilization possessed unusual knowledge regarding astronomy and architecture. Do you believe this calendar has any credibility? Do we only have a mere six years left?

I believe there is something to it. They had a lot of talents and knowledge, those Mayans. However, I try not to come from a fear-based mentality. I have a feeling it might be one of those "the end of the world AS WE KNOW IT." sort of things. World does not end, but life becomes different in some way. Look at how different life is than just 20 years ago? Most likely it has been gradually happening. Either that is the end or the beginning of something that has been in the works for a long time. Or we just all blow ourselves up then. ha ha. Really just kidding there, but I suppose it is possible.

For anyone interested in learning more about the mysteries of the Mayan calendar and their prediction of the 2012 end of the epoch, definitely check out 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl by Daniel Pinchbeck.

It seems as though 2012 represents the end of one era and the beginning of another in which there will be a sudden and massive shift of human consciousness.

well, I have been read this premonition at other site. I think we not need to too worry about this matter here. maybe this only a prediction & it will not come true either. If it really come true, then we all just can pray for the god coz nothing we can really do about this. :)
