help me to get rid of my "hair fall".plz help me to control my hair fall. i have used so many and went to ideas of so many people but i cant control my hair fal plz help me to control my hair fall

Hi Viroop, hair fall can be controlled with a few judicious steps:
1. Wear a short haircut (yes, very short)
2. Apply fresh lime juice or vinegar at the hair roots, keep it for 5-10 mins and wash off. This should be done atleast twice a week.
3. Do not use hair gel, lacquer, sprays or hair setting external applications.
4. Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits and salads and avoid junkies.
5. Deviate your attention to some other things.

I also have hair falls, since I've grown my hair long now. I believe it's natural, but don't try over-using shampoos or too much conditioner on your hair as it'll make strands weak. Also, avoid using different kinds of those hair treatment shampoos, stick to just one particular brand and make sure they don't have much chemical that can harm your hair and scalp..
