I was so glad the new season started last nite, I felt like I'd been waiting forever. Well, now we know that Sara was not killed. I am curious to see how her and Grissoms relationship progresses. and now that the minature killer has been caught what storyline will keep us guessing this season.

We came into the second half of the show. I was a bit ticked over that one. Hubby is a channel flipper and found some old movie and started watching it. I told him to turn it to CBS. He finally did. Not sure what happened in the first half of the show. My hubby is lucky he doesn't have a fat lip because he kept saying how phony the scenery was and that it was mostly studio.

Hubby is a critic of any movie or show. He just loves to think he is right.

Actually, it was not filmed in the studio. In an interview I found yesterday (and reported on another discussion), Jorja Fox reported that she survived the heat because she was wet most of the time but one of the crew members had to be taken to the hospital. I think she said it took them 4 days to film the scene out in the 105 degree heat.

Ha! My husband KNOWS better that to talk s**t about my CSI...he'd go to sleep one night and never wake up! I told him that I have watched enough CSI that I could get away with murder, so he's better watch his step!!! No, my husband is ALMOST as big a fan of CSI as I am!

LOl we are in the same boat reg tv and the only channel that comes in good is CBS, abc not at all most of the time and limited fox and nbc. I'm looking forward to a new tv myself. My sister doesn't live far and she has satelite so I go over there to watch sometimes.

Unfortunately, from what I read in an interview with Jorja Fox, she will not be sticking around forever. She has filmed 5 episodes so far and supposedly her last air date is November 8th.
I had been anxiously awaiting for last night's episode as well. It did seem like forever for it to come on. One of the longest cliffhangers I have experienced. LOL!

No guys this is not about Lost, I used to watch it but it has kind of gotten out there for me now. I find Lost hard to follow.

Yes, there was a bit of a timing change in Ontario. The Canadian station aired the show at 8pm on CTV. The American station aired it at 9pm on CBS. I don't know why the Canadian station chose to do that since it was up against Survivor. Perhaps they wanted to see if they could beat out Survivor with a show that people have been waiting so long to see versus a show that might be dying.

I thought it was great! I missed a lot of season 7 but I did catch the last episode. Now that I saw the beginning of season 8 I feel like I dug up an old love :D I'll be watching every week, and I hope Sara stays on the show (even though I'm pretty sure she's not going to) :(

If you missed the episode last night or parts of it, then go to CBS.com to watch it for free. I am thrilled that this show is one of them that can be watched online. Its a great way to watch the show again, as it was an excellent episode.
