Now that I've asked the question I realize that there is no easy answer. I think for me it is the feeling that I have a desire to accomplish a task and realize I don't have the resources to do so.

The part of my life that I find the most depressing is the fact that I am not married with children. Maybe, so people don't think that that is something to be depressed about, but this has been my dream for a very long time.

I would put my energy into praying about it. also where are you looking I think people would do well to seek a partner in church. But I too believe ultimately that God will bring the right person into your life when you are ready for it. Also I have find in my own life that when i when i stop looking that's when i meet someone. You can't force a good thing.

I have been looking and looking and praying for over ten years. But I must I admit, I do not know if I am ready now, but I certainly wasn't back then. I read once that as long as God has not sent someone to you, you should continue to work on yourself.

When it comes to paying bills. Even if it's pay day you know you are not going to have any extra.

I know it's easy to get discouraged when it comes to thinking of money.

people get depressed when they cant do something about a problem or anything. but the most depressing moment of my life was when i failed a chemistry exam back in college. i studied hard for it. i know i did. but the exam was too difficult. it wasnt included in our lectures. and our professor was unfair. it was my first time to fail an exam that's why it was extra depressing. i was ashamed of myself even do i did my best. ^.^

Well why would you believe anyone who said you are worth nothing? they succeeded if you believe them. And everybody feels misunderstood sometimes.

My physical limitations! There is a busy, healthy person trapped in this miserable old body, but I don't know what to do about it! I try to keep my days filled with easy activities so that I can feel better about me.

I understand i get a little down when i start thinking of the things I used to could do which are now difficult , painful or just not feasable I think maybe the key to beating that is to focus on things we can do.

yes, that would be a depressing thing. But, I always learned; The harder it is to accomplish, the more satisfaction it will bring later. I hope that will be the case for you. Success.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
