I have alot of stray cats around my house...Most of them are from my neighbors cats...When her cats has a litter and they are old enough to be away from the mother she puts them all outside...They end up in the garbage and sometimes getting in my house somehow...It drives me crazy...they go to the bathroom on my porch and everything...I have trird to talk to her about getting rid of the cats or doing something about them..He response is that her kids want them and so she wont get rid of them because of her kids..But it's starting to Pi** me off! She don't feed them so they are always looking for food...And if they get in my house they do find the food and starts eating it and my cat that is a inside cat goes crazy when they do get into the house..And I'm not putting food out for them cause I want them gone..What would you do about all these cats? I have called the human society they wont come out to get them. They said to bring them in and I would have to pay for bringing them in..There are so many of these cats I can't get them all and why in the world would I pay for them to take them they are not even my cats? Is there anything else I can do??

I can definetly see that that would be a problem, some people should not be allowed to have animals at all. Some shires/councils have cat traps that you hire for a small fee. If i was you i would hire a trap and catch as many as you can and take them to the RSPCA or a cat shelter. Or you could always get your other neighbors to complain about the problem as well and maybe the services you have on offer will come and sort it out for you. Goodluck

That would be probably be a good way to keep them out of my house but, I'm not aloud to have dogs..So that would still be a problem..Thanks for the advice anyways!

She is totally irresponsible and she should spay or neuter her cats and get them their shots. You have a valid complaint as they are damaging your property. I would make a complaint. I don't know what the rules and regulations are for your area but here they would be taken away if anything at all would be done. Animal control would take them and they would probably be euthanized.
It is a darn shame that she has no respect for them or for you, she is also teaching her children to lack respect for the cats. Not feeding them!!!! that is criminal. I would let her have it verbally with all of those issues, tell her you are sending her a bill for damages and that if she does not shape up, you are calling the authorities. If you think that will cause you a backlash, just do it without the warning.
You may want to call a rescue group to come spirit them away. They will spay/neuter then, test them for disease and give them shots, if they can be socialized they will do that and adopt them out. That is the best outcome for them. She is creating a feral colony in her back yard and yours, which is dangerous for children, calling the Health Dept. is also an option.
