No.The effect of ICL has nothing to do with team India's brilliant performance In T20 . Moreover,the establishment of ICL provided players with more options so that they can jump over o ICL if BCCI ignores them.Players have no pressure over them.If there's any pressure it's on BCCI,since it has keep up to the competition. Now that the players have options,BCCI will no longer ignore quality players.The recent hike in the contract fee and inclusion of a 'D' grade class players reveals this.So players have nothing to show for the internal competition.They should be a lot relieved now.
