Favorite Whiskey

I'm a scotch drinker. I've always liked whiskey (yes... always) and in the last few years really got into single malt scotch. My favourite? Well I have three I would not be able to chose between; Bowmore Dusk, without water Bowmore Dawn, with a few drops of water Ardebeg Still Young, without water (adding water cuts out every flavour except the smoke) I recently bought a Japanese whiskey, Yamazaki 10 year. Very nice, kind of fruity and much better with water. The Japanese way of drinking whiskey is called mizuwari; lots of ice and a big slug of water (muzi means water). Not tried it that way yet (no freezer), but I'm sure it will be the best way to drink it.

Occasionally i use to and my favourite is shivas' branded in india. I always like to mix with warm water plainly for better satisfaction. Also i use to resist side dishes while do.

I love Jack Daniels and Jim Beam. I like em' with coke, but prefer to take straight up hot shots..
