I have a question for everyone...

I am looking to work at home part time or full time, just enough to bring in extra money. I can't work outside of the house - husband is very protective - so I'm interested in finding a job outside the house. I'm not asking for something easy or anything. What I am asking for is to not be forced to pay anything more than 15 dollars or more for junk (as I've done in the past). Does anyone know of anything that actually WORKS and isn't a scam? Or could you list a few things that you know for a fact IS a scam?
I have excellent typing skills, very creative, etc. If someone could give me a hand, I would greatly appreciate it.

My husband and I have a home-business that might work for you. Feel free to check out my web page - www.MommiesWithMoney.com - and fill out the Get More Info tab. This works, we really enjoy it. Right now we're looking for people who are interested in making between $2,000 - $5,000 a month, but we're also helping those that want to make more or less than that.
Best wishes to you!

I have read some of your responses, I will be keeping an eye on this discussion, I am always looking for new ways of making money too. I have been doing the ebay thing, thats alot of fun. Mylot is fun too, but I just don't have the time to spend here like I used to. There is lots and lots of great info here, good luck, I hope it all works out for you.

well there are many MLM sites which you can join but most of them requires more than $50 to join
well the site which accept low payment are useually spam or are temporary
so i suggest you should invest in the MLM companies which will provide you the content to type and market it
hope it will work :)

From what I've seen so far, most internet sites are either scams or pay very, very little money. If you are willing to earn $1 or $2 an hour, by all means write for places like MyLot, Helium or HubPages but don't expect to make a living.
My best discovery has been eBay. You may even have a lot of unwanted stuff around the house that you could sell, just to get practice and learn how it works. Once you get confidence, you can start ordering stuff to re-sell.

i totally agreed on you that you can make money on ebay, and you can get cheaper stuff as well, and its in pretty good condition and low prize... about selling items, that is good idea earing from home, if you need a good clear out of your stuff, resell it in ebay, and make it cash.

I have a question for YOU. And no one else has seemed to pick up on this... but don't you think you need something more important than a way to make money online? Like getting away from a husband who is so "overprotective" that you can't work outside the home if you want, who gives you an allowance of only $15, and the fact that you "can't take phone calls at this time" as stated in one of your replies to somebody. You need help, and online work isn't the answer.

Excuse me!? I couldn't take phone calls because my phone was shut off due to NO MONEY! It's back on now, and I use it every day! And maybe I like the 'overprotectiveness' of him! I don't need help! You need to mind your own business and stay out of people's personal lives!Thank you have a nice day!

I know of several programs that may interest you. As some others have already posted there are programs that pay you for reading e-mail and completing offers. Also, the writing sites are quite good. But, if you have just a small amount to invest there are a few programs that are very good and quite lucrative. Add me as a friend and PM me and I'll send you more info. Good luck on whatever you settle on!

Well...you mentioned that you have good creative writing skills...So I suggest that you should try writing for Reader's Digest.Just go to its site and you shall find that you could win $100 or more if you write a piece of your original work and just hope that it gets accepted...and the money starts pouring in.
Good Luck.

Have you tried Associated Content? I sometimes write articles for them and it can be pretty lucrative if you've got the energy and a lot of ideas for articles. Also, someone mentioned Helium, and I agree with that, but only for something similar to blogging. Both sites pay for page views, though AC will pay upfront.
