Hello!
I'm currently here in Bahrain which is located here in the middle east, so obviously there's no touch of snow here..*hehe* It would be so nice if we do have snow here...*sigh* but anyway, the weather now here is better than last month. It is colder now and a bit pleasant unlike months ago it was very hot and very humid which made me not wanting to go out. Take care. Enjoy your weekend. *smile*
ciao! c",)

The weather here has been very odd yet again this yr...one day it'll be in the 80s then at night drop to the 40s then the next day it'll be only in the 60s and so on..I just hope we dont get an early October blizzard like we did last yr :-/

I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba and right now the temperature is -3 F, not counting the wind chill. I will not tell you what it is in celsius.. I went to Bible Study this morning, and even that short half a block walk was so cold that I had to keep my scarf around my nose. We keep our house at 70 degrees, but I do not like it that high at night because the DARN FURNACE KEEPS GOING OFF AND KEEPING ME AWAKE and I cannot sleep that well if the temperature is too high. My husband can, I cannot.
I do not love winter, and if we were offered a chance to move down to the States, I would start packing in an instant.

I think if you live in a cold country, the heater is something you can't do without. The cold can really be unbearable and make it hard to be productive. If it's possible, why not leave the heater on all the time? At least, it's justifiable. Being cold will stop you from getting work done; being hot doesn't. That's why I say, you can do without the zircon, but you can't do without a heater! Once when we were out, our heater broke down, and when we got back the entire place was really really cold, especially the floor! I hate stepping on cold floors, especially when you just wake up!

It's getting a bit cold here now too, lately day temps have been around 10 degrees and at nights just below zero (talking in celsius degrees of course). Not too bad for this time of the year. It's better than what it will be in a couple of months, which is usually around -10 to -15 degrees or in worse cases -35 degrees. So I don't like the winter much since it's just too cold. It's really beautiful with all the snow on the sunny days though but those are also the coldest days so I usually admire it from inside the house.

Here in Europe, it is the opposite of your place. Here it start to rain every day and getting colder and colder. I think it is time to start looking for some new sweater for my kids, since kids always need new sweater every year. Honestly I like summer better than winter. probably because I'm coming from a tropical country, so I'm not really used to winter and cold weather.

I was born and grew up in a tropical country. I have never seen snow before as I the place I live doesn’t have winter season but only rainy days and sunny days. Every time I watched people playing with snow or having activities in the winter from the tv documentaries or movies I quite envied them. To me snowing in winter is really a wonderful and attractive snow white view.

It's hot here today. We're always in T-shirt or just a long-sleeve shirt these days.
And I think it won't be cold before this Nov.
Actually, the four seasons are obvious here. But spring and autumn are disappearing for the air pollution.
How magic! It's so cold in your hometown and so hot here in the same day.

It has a storm here so it is really cold. But not too cold. We can tolerate the temperature so far. We can even take a bath without using our heater. lol
