I received this warning from uronlinebiz and I thought I'll put it here just in case any of you recieve such an email.
A lot of people is getting an email from PayPal saying their credit card will be charged 239 USD for a cellphone. This is fraud attempt. Do NOT click any links in the email, especially not the Dispute link at the bottom!
If you receive an email like this, report immediately to PayPal on this addy: spoof@paypal.com
The fraud email often look like this:
Dear Customer,
This email confirms that you have paid CARO-NIGERIA $239.95 USD using PayPal.This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as " PAYPAL CARO-NIGERIA* ".
If you haven't authorised this charge, click the link below to cancel the payment and get a full refund.

Thank you very much for this comment! Keep posting this everywhere you go! People I'm sure are always trying to dispute or cancel the payment. Report it to business people. The person will find themselves captured by their local, state or national authorities. Something like that needs more than a 'paypal' report...Did you experience this email?

I did not personally get such an email, but I received the warning and I thought I'll let others know.
