Stephen King has made some pretty good movies, like "Cujo" "Pet Semetary"... But my favorite, ROSE RED! You have to watch it from the VERY beginning, otherwise you won't understand it. I had to watch it a couple times before I actually understood.

I love his movies. I don't have a favorite b/c I like them all. Rose Red, It, The Shining along with many others too numerous to name. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Not only does he make them but he has a bit role in every one of his movies. Some of them I haven't found him yet but I know in Rose Red he is the pizza delivery guy, in another movie he plays a hillbilly farmer that finds a meteor...I can't think of the name of that one. You have to look for him but he's in each one. I thought that was pretty cool when I first heard about it. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I'm not really a Stephen King fan much, though I have seen Carrie, which I thought was great, and Pet Cemetery...but the one movie I thought was fantastic was The Green Mile...I read the book too, and is probably one of the few movies that actually follows the book one-hundred percent, and another "novella" by King, I thought the Shawshank Redemption was fantastic too...both of those books/movies are so different from King's usual horror tales I'm wondering if they will ever make a movie of Cell...did you read that? Makes you think twice about using a cell phone!

I would have to say It. Gosh, it freaks me out so bad every time I watch it. I like Stephen King's work a lot though. I'm reading Cujo right now. He definitely knows how to creep a person out! lol

Most of his movies are too scary. Like The Shining-- I could never watch it. But I did like Cujo.

I must say I like the books better than the movies. Stephen King is such a great author and unfortunately the way most of the movies turned out, didn't give much justice to his craft. Though there are still some that are really good. My favorite is The Stand starring Rob Lowe, I like the story so much but I haven't read the book though. The running man is also good. I also like Stand by Me starring River Phoenix and Corey Feldman. They say The Shawshank Redemption is really great, I think I will look for a copy to see it for myself.

hi peanut, I have watched a lot of Stephen movies. The scariest I saw was Pet Semetary. That one I like to watch with my grandchildren around Halloween. It still scares me, and the kids still laugh. Cujo was pretty good. The Shining was well done. Jack Nicholson did his part real well, almost too well. Happy posting..
