Why can't I just sit on the couch and do nothing all weekend..

It seems like my day off is just as hard as when I am working. Why can't I just be a couch potato for one day~!!!
I don't even know if I would want to, once I had the chance. But WHEN CAN I JUST DO NOTHING. FOR NOONE!! If you are young, or in a situation where you can. Do it!

You can't relax because youre so used to having to do something that you stress yourself out by thinking about it while you relax. I had the same problem last year when the week I had projects and tests all I wanted to do was sleep but once the week was over I couldn't sleep no matter how hard I tried.
