what is the planning done by the bcci for tour of australia in this rain season this very bad. in india normally this is the rain season all are knows but planing a cricket series is very lazy to bcci.
look the following
1. ticket price loose by the people
2. time also loosing the people
3. bussiness lose for t.vs and all others add makers

Your way of thinking is appropriate!! But 4times WC host England commonly has this problem. BCCI does not do this unjustice knowingly, as WHENEVAR THE MATCH IS COMPLETELY WASHED AWAY[no ball bowled], HALF OF THE TICKET PRICE IS GIVEN BACK TO THE AUDIENCE!!!
