I come from a very hot place where i really used to sweat it out. When i got married i moved to an extremely cold place where winter's are real bitter.Initially i found it really difficult.Over the year's i got used to the cold.I keep managing with the heater's and warm clothing (which has become part of me now).I find it very difficult to go to a warm place now.How about you?

I'm happy where I am, in the UK. It's something in between hot and cold. Even the summers are not too hot, and in the south of the country we rarely get snow in the winter or really cold weather, so it suits me being here.
Brightest Blessings.

Yes, my friend, you're right... I'm happy not only because the climate suits me but because my country is steeped in history, which interests me very much. Also, I live in a little village out in the countryside and I love my natural surroundings, so all in all, you could say I'm very content where I am. :)
Have a great day!

I used to live in Vancouver, B.C. where it is mild but rains a lot. Then when I got married, we lived in Saskatchewan and then Manitoba, but I never liked the cold winters and I never will. My friends say that I will eventually love it, but so far I have had frozen ears (that even with earmuffs) and my feet are funny because my nails got frozen and now they grow wrong.
We took a trip through the States, and not even the Southern part, just as far as mid New York and the contrast there was so wonderful, that right now and since we got back, I wonder why could we not move down there. Even in Iowa, where my husband said it did snow, the climate was much warmer. I guess I am a warm loving person. I probably have some Italian in my blood, as my father came from around Romania and the Romans who came from Italy settled there.

I would like to stay in a hot climate since I want to stay slim:-)Usually I would eat a lot in winter then I gain some weight. On the other hand,I am easily to sweat and I dont have a good appetite so I am quite satisfied with my figure in winter, haha.

I live in Canada, a country that can be very cold in the winter. I hate the cold and look forward to my vacations in hot climates. I would much rather be warm and by the pool then freezing under numerous layers of clothing.

I think I would prefer a hot to a cold climate. I had the opportunity to stay in China for 3 years where I experienced their winter and I must say that I just cannot take the cold. It's so troublesome to bundle up layers of clothes everytime I want to go out. Taking a bath is also not looked forward to. The worse thing is ,winter can stretch on for more than 3 months.

I would perfer a cold climate. I hate being hot like how its usally like during the summer here. But I would perfer a cold climate because when its cold at least you can cover yourself up by putting on more clothes and such. But when its hot you cant really do anything to keep cool the only thing you can do is keep out of the shade and drink lots of licquids.

It would all depend from person to person too i feel and i think for me its always a winter, cold climate that i prefer more.
I think when its colder we can remain warm by loading ourselves with more sweaters and woollens but when its warm, how can we keep shedding all our clothes and its always better to remain cooler than warm and feel hot and sweaty all day long. For me its always been winters and i think the bitterness of the cold can still be taken care of heaters and blowers incase it gets too cold, but summer and the heat is too bad and restricts us to go out even. I enjoy the winter sun a lot and whenever its cold, and incase i do have free time, i land up on top of my house and bask in the winter sun and thats something that i love doing.
Of course , if given a choice i prefer the time period just before winter sets in or just after the winters left, as those days are bliss, but as you have asked winter or summers, i prefer the winters anyway.
