Franklin Edmundo Rijkaard (born September 30, 1962 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch football manager and former player. Rijkaard has played for AFC Ajax, Real Zaragoza and AC Milan, and represented his national side 73 times, scoring 10 goals. Since 2003 he has been the manager of FC Barcelona. His mother is Dutch and his father is Afro-Surinamese.

He used to be a great footballer in his time. Well I didn't know that he had played for so many top teams. But the surprising thing is that you said that he had played for his national team 73 times and scored 10 goals. 10? thats too low
even for a midfielder. But I think he is a great coach .

I don't think 10 goals in 73 matches is really so bad. That's a goal every 7.3 games. For comparison, Gheorghe Hagi, if you know him, scored a goal every 3.57 matches, Diego Maradona a goal every 2.67 matches, and they were really offensive midfielders. And, the most important, remember that the Holland team at that time had the goalscoring machine called Marco Van Basten.
