When I turned 20, my sister told me I should start using sunscreen to prevent premature aging.
I use a moisturizer that has spf 25 and a lotion with spf 48. I don't see much change, but I think it'll do me good in the future.
Do you use sunscreen often? I think all of us should, to prevent skin damage. UV rays still penetrate the skin on a cloudy day, I'm told. :)

Thanks for the reply.:)
Sunscreen can prevent darkening, but if you're really active, you need to re-apply it. Sweat removes sunscreen.
When swimming in a pool, even if you had a tub of sunscreen on, you'll still end up darker than you are a couple of hours later.
I would recommend sunscreen that has UVA and UVB protection.:)

Yes, I use sunscreen whenever I'm outside for an extended period of time. My main concern is preventing skin cancer - which I'm at high risk for. Plus I get severe sunburn very easily, so sunscreen helps to prevent that. Preventing premature aging is also another advantage. I know people that tan lots, and after a while their skin looks wrinkly and leathery - definitely not attractive! And yes, UV rays are still out there even on cloudy days.
