How do you stay organised with responding and commenting etc.etc?

What I was wondering is if any of you have any good tips for being more organised than I am when sorting out everything on Mylot. For instance how do you go about keeping everything up to date like commenting on your responses. I have been going to discussions I started every now and then to make sure I have responded and commented on anything I receve but it seems to take ages doing it that way. Any ideas please Denise
