Recently I went to Christian Rock Concert with my friends. I am not a christian. All the audiances seemed to be enjoying their music, but at the same time they cheered and screamed as the band mentions about their god.
I wonder, they were there because they like the band's music, or they were there because this is one of the way to worship their god?
what do you think? i want to here your opinion.

I have attended one of those, and I'm happy that we can worship the Lord like that, full of enthusiasm and energy. I remember David was almost branded as a lunatic because he was praying and worshiping God naked, jumping and shouting.

Music when well done is a gift from the devine. When you listen to music and become one with the music, you often find youself feeling very special emotions and a connection with something greater than yourself.
I agree with Saliari in the movie "Amadeus." When you listen to beautiul music like that which Mozart composed, you can only deduce that God was speaking through the music that was composed.

First and foremost, if they didn't like the music, they wouldn't be there. So the rock music draws them. Then they think it's OK because these guys are Christian so it must be alright. This also fits into the "this is how I praise God or worship Him". There is a right way to worship God which is in spirit and truth that comes from His Word. I can't even fathom inviting Jesus to one of these events. How embarrassing would that be to have his Jesus and his holiness and righteousness show up. The irony is that this is the one they are suppose to be worshiping. Many "Christians" want God and want the world which is impossible. They'll go crazy at the rock concert but won't pick up a Bible and study it (I know some do, I'm not saying all do.) Music is pretty powerful stuff. I just don't believe God rocks.

The Bible say we should Worship God, by making a joyful noise, the music brings us to his throne room. We enter in a spiritual dimension, and wants us to fellowship with him, when you have children to you tell them not to make noise, you probably encourage them to sing, and dance. This is good in God's eyes. The music is like Praise, and Worship, God blesees us when we worship him, he fills avoid in our life. So we Praise and Worship God. That was the purpose of my creation, to worship him.
