Every day the dogs were killed in my city .
U will not believe that the police killed innocent poor dogs. not only be punished but their superiors to pay them 300CNY!!!I have crazy, my country has failed to protect their legal!!!
THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT HAS ORDERED TO KILL THE DOG,BUT THE DOG DID NOT DO ANGTHING WRONG!!!
why are they so cruel to dogs???????
I'M SO SAD!SO HELPNESS!SUCH HATE!
