Computer monitors : CRT vs LCD

Now we have two types of monitors for computers and also for TVs. CRT and LCD. Actually the CRT monitor is getting replaced by LCD ones. On my point of view, I see that for watching films, videos etc. CRT is the best. LCD can never come to that performance. What do you think CRT or LCD, which is the best
