Strange Laws....

Have you ever heard of strange laws even if you aren't sure of they are true I want to hear them. One example is... In New York City it is legal for a woman to walk around the city topless but it is illegal for a man to do so.

I remember a similar law in a city in Arizona, but I don't have the information handy. The city basically ruled a woman's upper body was part of her "public parts". WHAT? That has very interesting applications!
