Kat- I'm new to Mylot and just going through old threads before posting any new ones, and came across yours. It sounds like your need to work on shielding. This can be done in several ways, but you can try these easy ones first. (Unless of course your question was already answered, which in that case at least they will be here for future reference). Golden Ball of Light This has several variations. I like Gold because of its connection to the Sun/Son diety and masculine energies of the son for protection. Do this in the morning as the sun rising. Simply envision the rays of the sunlight coming down upon your crown chakra and dispearsing a large golden sphere around you. Essentially what you are visualizing is yourself inside a golden sphere. Allow the energies of the sun to fill your sphere with its energies. You'll know when enough time has passed for your needs. The next thing to do is visualise that the outside of your sphere is coated like a mirror. This allows anything sent your way to be reflected back to its sender. Mirror This is very simply to visualize that you are surrounded by a mirror and that anything sent your way will simply reflect back to the center. I dont have any suggestions really I mean its not something that I worry about but then again its not like I've ever encountered anyone who's been able to just get in my head like that...and in all honesty I really (personally) dont see it as an invasion of privacy since ANYONE with the know how can read a person, figure a person out ya know..... I can look into it if you like and see if I can find somethings for you to try though...
