One should not overburden with workload, beyond one's capacity. At peaklevel performance whatever one can take the work load, fix it at that level. Even anywork remains, try and finish by doing one or two hours extra work, but that is only temporary and cannot become daily feature. If it is really overload exists, take one extra hand.

Very much true friend..to cope up with this problem i always list the job work that needs completion for the day in the morning..then i will start one by one and sometimes iam able to complete as per my planner and sometimes i cant..i just keep it as pending and do it the other day..i always prefer doing the work which needs urgent completion..i never do overtime , late sit ups but sometimes i will go early to complete my pending work..
Actually pressuring the employees will not fetch a good result as far as their work is concerned..I feel that when someone is asked to complete all the work in a day which is not possible in the office timings the employees get stressed and unable to complete even a small job work..

Hi,
Accordign to job pattern differs and the capabily one has the work also varies. As far I am concerned I do those urgent work first, then go for next urgent works. Pressure and tensions arises if it is like that do according the capabily and if not possible try for another job if possible. But doing job more and more makes other jobs dumped on one. But it all depends according the work pattern in a patticular office. All best for better office atmosphere
