for how many years have you been using a computer?? share your experience

I have been using the computer for 10 years now. I used to log in just to check my email and shop online. However, when I had to stay home with my baby almost two years ago, I had to rely on the internet for other things. I am now using it heavily to make and manage my money. I also use it more for entertainment, such as watching movies, children's shows and downloading music. Lastly, I share my photos and videos with family and friends from other states and countries through the internet. We also hold web conferences often. I am very grateful that I can "see" my relatives even though they're miles away.

I first started using a computer when I was 12 years old when I did information technology at school. I got my first computer when I was 16 (I paid for it my self). I started using internet when I was 19 so that would be 8 years ago. I met my husband on the internet and have met lots of people thanks to the internet people that had it not been for the internet I would had no chance of meeting them.

i have been using computer for about 10 years now and have changed my computer 3 times in the process and i like the pc i have but planning in two months from now i will be getting another pc with higher configuration as i want have core 2 duo for which i will have to change everything for now.

I got my computer when I went to the Information Technology faculty, so it's about 6 years now. Now I can't imagine my life without it: its my work, at home, I even watch TV on it. Cool thing, but on the other hand I realize that it makes me depend on it - thats not so cool.

I was 13 when I got my first computer. I am now 29, so I have had computers for 16 years. When I first got a computer it was mainly for typing up school papers, and playing games. I have had internet access for at least 13 years. Probably 14 years. I use the internet for just about everything now.
