Do you support of the death penalty?

What do you think about the capital punishment. Does your country have that system? In our country, we have that system. A few people are executed for murder, not so many people. though. This topic is very difficult to think for me. It is sure that people must respect human rights. But I wonder if how can a murderer expiate his/her guilt. The victim will never arive again even if the murderer atone for with death or pay for some way. It is said that our country, government, our law side with criminals. They spend much money and time to set a criminal on his/her legs again. But it seems that there is no care for victims, especially for bereaved family. ..... it's strange, it's not fair. I think we should try to find the way which could cut down brutal cases. I don't know whether a capital punishment is a good way. But I'll get scared if the murder increse when we cast off the capital punishment. I want to listen your opinion.
