how often you go swimming

I swim competitively and have done so for almost 3 years now. I swim for 4 to 5 hours a day and it is very tiring. However, whenever you break a record or best time you get the most rewarding feeling which just feels great for a long time. I push myself each day because I want to see how far I can go and what kinds of things I am capable of. In addition to that, I don't usually wear sunscreen despite the fact that I live in Florida so I am pretty tan right now. All the pools here are outdoor for the most part and since swimming is a year-round sport everyone is pretty dark. When I swim, I swim with my team and usually do 1 or 2 practices a day for a couple hours or more for each practice.

i wanna swim everyday, but because of the seasons, i didnt live in the vicinity of the equator, so as winter comes i had to stay in the house...

I swim about four times a week,sometimes more. I work as a lifeguard at a pool. I sometimes swim before work or after work.

Hi, I go to swimming daily in the morning in a swimming pool only and not by the sea shore or by the beach. I do not spend the whole day by the beach. I don't have that kind of time to while away. This is a very good exercise for your body. Do it regularly you will be very healthy.

since our home is just a few meters away from the sea, everytime i feel like swimming, i swim. i don't care if i'm alone or with friends. swimming is one of the favorite events in our family that's why we love the calmness of the sea. We dont use any sunprotection lotion beacuse we usually swim early in the morning or late in the afternoon.

We have a pool at home and I swim all the time. I love to swim so much. I swim alone and with other people it jsut depends. I do use sun screen most of the time because I'm in it quiet a bit and the sun is so hot and bright.

We have a pool right across the street from our house and have gone there and spent a full afternoon, swimming, using the water slide or jet tub then coming out lying in the sun, relaxing and reading. Afterwards we go back in and start the routine all over again. We also love going to the beach to swim and there are a few within an our or two from where we live. Grand Beach east of Winnipeg has one of the ten best beaches in the world and it a gorgeous place to spend the whole day...and we usually do when we go there. If we are swimming and sun bathing for a short time we don't use sunscreen. However, if we plan to be out all day we always do...sunburns hurt too much not too. Raia

No to often, it depedn of the situation really, maybe once a month, but more often during the summer... I like togo to the beach and spend all day there... I have to use sunscreen... if not I will be red next day...
