what was the greatest rebuke you ever received from a friend? what was the most hurtful rebuke you gave to your friend?
I am arrogant sometimes, and my wife would tell me of my insensitivity.
we all know that a true friend will put a finger on our faults without rubbing them in. and the wise King Solomon once said that faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.
it is healthful to reprimand our friends if they are going the wrong path. and it is revealing when our friends remind us of our shortcomings.
have you reprimanded a friend before?

Me and my husband were friends, best friends and we both liked each other but wouldent commit. We both got realy mad at each other and slept with diffrent people, and it wasnt planed. That was a rude awakeing. We both felt hurt, and betrayed and felt like we cheated on each other. But now were married and I belive we had to go through that to make our marrage work.

He was my best friend. I wanted to date and he told me no, he was listing to his friends. We got in a fight and I told him I wanted nothing to do with him, that our friendship was over. I avoided him for two weeks when he came to me and told me he slep with someone else and I did to. The girl he was with, I was with her boyfriend. They barely broke up. I felt bad all around the situation. I will never do that to anyone again. Its a horable feeling. And I'm truly sorry.
